Hello, thank you for visiting this campaign for Demi Knight. We have set this page up to try reach out to the football community which has worked wonders in the past and continues to do so to raise the money needed to get Demi the best treatment available in the US and Poland to save her life.
Demi is a little 11 year old girl from Louth, Lincolnshire.
Sadly Demi has a Medulloblastoma brain tumour which after Chemo-therapy, Radiation Therapy, A major brain operation and other treatment....it sadly came back one year after treatment ceased.
Demis family have had to raise/borrow/anything they can do to get Demi to the US and Poland as recent scans show the progression is worse than anticipated.
Demi will have on going treatment for a year and franticly needs funding to pay for this.
We believe as a football fans we can make a difference for Demi....
Already online and offline we have raised £15,000 from doing numerous things such as biking from Lincoln City to Grimsby Town in a mix of both teams.
We plan to visit all 92 Football League clubs in 92 hours.
I will be partnered by Grimsby Town mascot "Mighty Mariner" aswell as our rival mascot...Lincoln City mascot "Poacher"
This was never part of the plan...the plan was to raise £500 and call it a day!
The football world seen Demi's vast medical bills and continue to support and show just how beautiful the game is.
Whats next, who knows.
