I've raised £300000 to fund for further treatment to help increase her chance of survival from Neuroblastoma - a childhood cancer - CAR-T cell therapy in Rome

Florentina is a happy, determined and sassy little girl, who is a very energetic, outdoor-loving little girl who is pony mad!
On Friday 21st May 2021, just 5 days before Florentina's 4th birthday, we got the devastating news that she had been diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer that has a 50-60% chance of long-term survival, but also carries a high risk of relapse which if happens survival rates dramatically decrease. We are fundraising for further treatment not available in the UK to take Florentina to The New York cancer centre to hopefully have the bivalent vaccine, it is the only pediatric tumour vaccine in existence, this would maximum the survival rate in the event of a relapse.
Florentina's main care is taken place in Great Ormond Street hospital. Florentina has already been through 14 months of frontline treatment. She has undergone some very harsh treatment including 8 rounds of chemotherapy, surgery, stem cell harvest, high dose chemotherapy, 12 rounds of radiotherapy and immunotherapy.
We have had so much love and support around us from friends & family it's been overwhelming, it has given us the strength we need to battle on through and beat this.
All donations great or small will mean so much to us and we can't thank you all enough!
**Hopefully Florentina's treatment will be successful and any further treatment in the USA will be minimal. All money will be held in a holding account ready to use after Florentina's frontline treatment has finished. Any money generously donated which is not required for Florentina's treatment will be distributed to support other children with Neuroblastoma in need of help**
