On September 7th 2019, I will be walking a 25 km route along the River Thames in London, crossing 16 different bridges, to help raise money for REST Namibia*. As a supremely unfit person, and one who is scared of bridges (don't ask), this will be an enormous challenge for me. I am aiming to raise £300 for REST to enable them to continue in their mission to protect the pangolins, especially the gorgeous HoneyBun (seen in this clip from the BBC: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p066wfqw).

*REST is located 4km outside of the town of Outjo in Namibia. They are a small research, rescue, rehabilitation, and release centre that specialize in rare & endangered species. While they focus on the “Forgotten Five” (Cape Griffon Vulture, Cape Pangolin, Damara Dik-Dik, Spotted Rubber Frog, and Dwarf Python) they will take in any animal that needs help. If they feel they are not the right place to help that animal heal they will work diligently to get it the proper care it needs.
