Auchinleck Talbot are a semi pro football club playing in the “Juniors” a quite specific grade of non league football in Scotland. The club are entirely run by volunteers and are keen to gain an SFA Club Licence. The club have a sub committee (Beechwood Regeneration Committee) whose remit is to develop and maintain the ground , Beechwood Park, to benefit both club and community. Despite working hard to have the ground ready for licence, the SFA recently introduced new criteria , the ground now needs to provide a floodlighting system of a good standard. The cost of this is £70k and the Beechwood Regeneration Committee would like to invite supporters who feel they can help, large or small, to raise a target of 10%.
