"For the Fire Angels Foundation to proactively change the narrative of what it means to be a girl"

Aim

-To plan and build the Fire Angels Foundation (FAF) n partnership with the UK Fire Cadets

-To raise awareness and empower the role of women in the fire service

-To build self esteem, confidence and learn to support each other as girls and women.

-To have new experiences and learn new skills as polar explorers

-To encourage female Fire Cadets to flourish, thrive and become the future of our fire services, as fire fighters and confident leaders

The Fire Angel Foundation is an exciting and new opportunity for female Fire Cadets to embark on a three month program, culminating in a mini expedition in Sweden. By bringing together girls and women who will learn to excel in leadership, learning, self-esteem, self-confidence and personal development in a unique environment.
