I am raising money to run outdoor activities on and off the water for nursing and medical staff. I am this doing to prioritise staff health and wellbeing. I strongly feel that after a year of nursing and medicine like nothing this generation has seen before these teams needs time out together to rebuild and move forward. More importantly we need to have some fun, laughter and down time together.

To raise the funds for our first session I plan to run from my house to the coast and back supported by more daughter's on their bikes.
