It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have to announce that on Tuesday 20th February my brother Chris Holt slipped into a coma following his battle, before passing away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday 21st February. As part of his wishes for the money raised through JustGiving, all donations will be used to part-fund his funeral, and the remainder given straight to the charity Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation, the charity he had nominated. This has bought me untold amounts of time and is truly amazing news, and the company providing the treatment are so pleased with the result they are going to continue providing it free of charge! Obviously myself and my family are completely overwhelmed by the days events, so if you attempt to contact me in the next few days and I don't respond, it's because we're still processing the news. I had a fantastic time, and it helped put my mind off my upcoming oncology appointment, which took place today, and I'd love the opportunity to share the result with everyone that has contributed to me achieving my dream.
