Story
In the early hours of Wednesday 14th June, the residents of Grenfell Tower were awoken to a massive fire which engulfed their home.
In this tight-knit community, many families have lost everything they own, whilst others have lost their lives. Others no doubt will have lost family members, friends and colleagues.
My school's website can confirm that I am an employee there, for anyone with concerns over the authenticity of this page: http://www.kensingtonaldridgeacademy.co.uk/grenfell-tower-justgiving-page/
The money raised will go to the residents of Grenfell Tower and will hopefully, even in some small way, help them with whatever they may need in the aftermath.
Thoughts and prayers to everyone affected.

7 years agoIt is really comforting to know that once it is all established in the coming days, people of Grenfell will be able to start applying for grants and will be offered a bespoke service to meet their needs. Very soon Family Action will release a statement with more information. Thank you all again so much.

I am the Y8 Director of Learning at Kensington Aldridge Academy and the local community have been devastated by this awful fire. It is a really close-knit community and the trauma will be felt for years to come. I'd like to help in any way possible.
