We're Fair Shot – a café with a conscience. We’re here to help address the disturbingly high unemployment rate amongst adults with learning disabilities. At current, it’s almost impossible for disabled adults to find meaningful work. 93% of adults with learning disabilities in the UK are unemployed.

Our vision is to create a society where adults with learning disabilities have a Fair Shot at obtaining and maintaining employment.

To achieve our vision, we have launched our second fundraising campaign.

Our first fundraising round was hugely successful, and we are proud to say we were able to raise £300,000 from private donors.

In this second campaign, we are fundraising for an additional £300,000, which will allow us to grow our inspiring team & refurbish our next flagship café.
