£25k - Will help us secure staff and launch our marketing campaign

£50k - Will help us fit out the cafe

£100k - Will help make our dream come true and be secure for 1 whole year!

Fair Shot Café is a unique and life changing social enterprise cafe that will act as a training centre to bring training and employment opportunities to young adults in Hammersmith and Fulham. We are committed to incentivising an inclusive workforce worldwide and for that to become absolute normality.

Fair Shot will provide a life changing Traineeship programme to 16-24 years old disabled young adults, as well as secure sustainable mainstream paid employment. Please find more information on our website. We therefore hope to level the playing field by training our trainees in such a unique way that enhances their competitive advantage as an employee and gives them a fair chance at obtaining and maintaining a mainstream paid job.

Our social enterprise will address the crippling 93% unemployment rate for disabled young people in the UK by creating a commercial and profitable social enterprise cafe that reinvests its profits back into the business. Fair Shot therefore represents a whole new charitable employability model that focuses on business to increase our scope for impact and change.

Essential for our social mission, we are working in partnership with PAUL bakery, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, West London College, Action on Disability and Credo Coffee.

We exist to show people with learning disabilities that their gifts and abilities are special and that they too deserve a FAIR SHOT at life.

So please donate and join us on this social movement to tackle inequality in the workplace!
