Iʼve raised £4,995 to Make Face Shields for Ipswich, Suffolk and surrounding areas

Story
Medical care staff are crying out for PPE, these simple face shields can be manufactured quickly from readily available materials and we can make 500 or more a day.
We need to fund the materials to keep them coming in and support our over stretched medical services.
£20 will buy enough material to make at 50 masks and we have a distribution system to get them to local GP's, care workers and health professionals as well others who need them.
We have volunteers ready to run the machines, assemble the shields and distribute to users so we need you help to purchase raw material,

5 years agoThank you to all who supported our campaign, we have paused production due to dropping demand, not sure how long this will remain the case, and the government seemingly trying to make expensive to supply through regulations We have shipped over 12,000 to people mainly around Suffolk that's to you all being such lovely people! Thanks again

5 years agoThank you all, I've just ordered material for the next 6,000 shields, we are still shipping them out to hospitals, care homes, GP's, dentists and all those amazing people we want to keep safe and your donations make that possible. We have added three more assembly hubs to spread the load, so thanks to Gt Wenham, Woodbridge and BT at Adastral Park. Total to date 8,240, Thankyou again!
