UPDATE 19 OCT - we hope to have the test pressings for the vinyl any day now and still be on target to ship the LPs in November. Please note - this is a single red vinyl album featuring the first 8 tracks. Everyone that buys an LP also gets the full 14 track download. I apologise for not making this clear in this campaign but making vinyl is unbelievably expensive and this project is about raising money for charity.

We had a a lovely album launch online event on 12 Sept - celebrating Neil's birthday with fan video messages and a playthrough if this entire album using videos from each band. RUSHfest Scotland is an annual event for fans of the Canadian band Rush. Founded in 2013 by Steve Brown (who is also running this crowdfunding campaign) RUSHfest Scotland has donated over £50,000 to cancer charities throughout the UK. Please see our main site for more information.

All profits from this album will be split equally between two charities - Glioblastoma Foundation Neil Peart Research Award in the USA and Cancer Support Scotland (registered charity SC012867).

This crowdfunding campaign is to help finance the production of an album of Rush songs played by Rush tribute bands and musicians from around the world. Rush themselves retired from touring in 2015 and, tragically, drummer Neil Peart was diagnosed with a brain tumour (glioblastoma) a year later. He passed away in January of this year.

Any amount you can donate will be sincerely appreciated. PLEASE BUY YOUR COPY BY DONATING TO THIS PAGE. The original £3500 target was to cover production and licencing expenses to make 300 CDs and 300 LPs on beautiful red vinyl, plus downloads. THIS WILL BE A COLLECTABLE LIMITED EDITION ALBUM - especially the coloured vinyl format with gorgeous artwork from CHARLIE ROY and PAUL TIPPETT and a helping hand from the wonderful HUGH SYME himself!
