I've raised £300 to go towards buying valuable resources for Naning Oi Primary school, Kenya.

In June 2025 I am travelling to Kenya with my college - Plumpton College, Lewes and the volunteer travel company African Adventures. A group of students, including myself, are going to help at Nanning’ Oi Primary School, which is based in a remote area of south-western Kenya near the Maasai Mara national park.
The girls at this school have often been through very hard times, running away from abuse and forced marriage at a young age.
We will be supporting as teaching assistants in classes, helping with planting an acre of fruit and vegetable garden and any building projects they have.
100% of the money I raise here will go to our college fund which this year hopes to provide and fit outdoor washing sinks for the girls - this will make washing their clothes a lot easier.
