    Story

Hoof Club at Rein & Shine is offering free equine-assisted learning for autistic children in support of the National Autistic Society (NAS) on 7th May 2018.

This free access sponsored event has been supported by NAS and the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA).

This opportunity is open to 80 autistic children in the community and whilst supporting the children, we also hope to raise funds for NAS. It is being provided via schools as, amongst other benefits, equine assisted learning is proven to be very therapeutic and educational to those on the spectrum.

The sessions will take place at Rein & Shine's wonderful facility in North Wiltshire and will last around 2-hours. The sessions will consist of 30-minutes of riding and a contact and care session lasting 45-60 minutes to include basic welfare and safety.

If you have or know of a child educated in North Wiltshire and surrounding areas that may qualify for this activity you should contact their school directly and ask them to get in touch with Rein & Shine (contact details below).

Hoof Club at Rein & Shine will be running this event for the benefit of the community on a not for profit basis.

We look forward to hearing from you so we can all help to support autistic children in the community.
