The costs so far were added up and the expected costs to come were re-estimated, especially as Sheikh has changed his travel plans and is now staying for a much longer period in London: 4 x hall hire charges (£800) 15 x days at a hotel (£1500) 20 x meals (£200) A/V equipment (£500) Travel expenses (£250) plus any other unforseen expenses (£250) ** again, these are just estimates from someone who is new to all of this and learning as he goes.
