We are currently planning our next campaign event in support of rejoining Erasmus+ . The UK government made a decision to leave the scheme as part of Brexit, even though we didn't have to, and this has been really damaging to individuals and communities. The Erasmus+ programme is for people like you who want to develop professionally, train for a new job, gain new knowledge, travel, learn new skills, volunteer to help others, ensure a brighter future for you and your children.

The event will be a 'hybrid' meeting with people meeting physically and, for those unable to attend in person, virtually. This means we have hire a meeting room and IT equipment to support the virtual part of the meeting. Please help us if you can by making a donation, however small, so we can continue to raise awareness through this and similar events in the future.

We believe leaving the EU has been a disaster for Staffordshire and the UK. It is nearly eight years since the EU referendum and the world is now very different. There is consistent evidence from polling data that a majority of the public now want to rejoin the EU and think the decision to leave was a mistake.

Our aim is to reach out to people across the political divide who agree with us that we deserve better than this, and want to us to continue close cooperation with the EU and ultimately to reverse Brexit or rejoin and reform the EU.

We have a well-developed campaign strategy for the next 6 to 12 months but need funding to make it happen. Can you help by contributing a few pounds?

We will provide regular updates on our campaigning via social media, our web site (EMStaffs.UK) and through regular (online) meetings.

Anything you can spare will make a massive difference to our campaign in Staffordshire, and nationally through our affiliation with the European Movement UK.
