The Emmanuel Church interns (Dan, Susie and Luke) are leading a 2 week mission trip to South Africa and Lesotho, for a group of students from the church.

They will have the opportunity to experience different cultures, make a positive impact in local communities and gain a new perspective on life. They are going to visit a church in Clarens (Dihlabeng Christian Church) and partner with them in different projects. In particular, they have an opportunity to help run a holiday club with Dihlabeng School (http://www.dihlabengschool.com) and help the Nnete Foundation (https://www.nnetefoundation.com) with their various educational projects which aim to break the poverty cycle through providing improved and accessible education. There is also the possibility of travelling into Lesotho, one of the poorest countries in the world, to meet local tribes there and work with them.
