This page has been set up in memory of Emma by her friends and colleagues in the Department of Economics. After battling illness for a short period, we received the devastating news that Emma had lost her fight against the illness and passed away on the 15th June 2021.

Emma will be missed by so many and will be remembered for her cheerful, positive, helpful nature and can do attitude, she will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to have called her a friend and colleague, but she will be missed most of all by her family, her husband Mark, son's Will and Sam and her mum Rita.

After consulting with Emma's family and colleagues, all funds from this fundraiser will go directly to Mark, Will and Sam for them to use as they wish in Emma's memory. We hope this can help provide them with some comfort and that they are in our thoughts at such a difficult time.
