Story
My name is Emma Moxon and I am a registered care manager of Eleanor Nursing and Social Care LTD in Yorkshire.
I have a real passion and calling in life for the care sector and helping people. In my younger years I have experienced being homeless and have been in a very dark place with mental health.
On Monday 10th February i attended a session with Luke and his team where we visited Doncaster town centre and it was a real eye opener how people are living.
I have teamed up with Luke Brailsford who is the director of Men's Mental Health Group and set it up himself 5 years ago, his hard word and dedicated to the group has now paid off with Luke sitting in Costa Coffee for 3 months alone until his first male walked through the door.
Luke also does a lot of charity work for the homeless and every week him and his team use their own time to visits the local city's and deliver supplies to the homeless.
My aim is to raise as much money as possible to ensure Luke can secure a permanent place for his group met ups and also to help the homeless with life changing supplies.
I understand times are hard for everyone and would be most grateful if you or anyone you know could donate anything.
Thanks for taking the time in reading this.
