I am writing this appeal on behalf of my grand niece Emily Michael. Emily is us 2+ and has a hole in her heart. She is due for a heart operation on the 28th of June 2018 to try to fix the hole. The hole is getting bigger and the doctor says he must perform the surgery soon.

The operation is at KKHospital, Singapore. Estimated cost is $38,000 (£21,000) which is a daunting amount.

I am appealing to you for help to raise some funds for Emily.
