Hi I'm Elliott and I'm 9 years old. This is my 2021 Christmas Appeal Fundraising Page!! This is the 4th year I've done my Christmas Appeal, and I'm so excited to get started for this year. I love Christmas, it's my favourite time of year, but i'm aware that some children may not look forward to Christmas because they're poorly and have to spend it in hospital.

In 2018 I wanted to donate my Christmas presents to those who might be spending time in hospital, it was a huge success and as a result I created Elliott's Christmas Appeal. In the past I've organises fundraiser days at school too, all to help poorly children.

Last Summer I was diagnosed with brain cancer, and have spent the past 12 months receiving treatment for my cancer and rehabilitation to help me learn to walk and talk again. Having experienced living in hospital for 3 months, I know how upsetting it can be to be in hospital, so I feel it's really important to keep the appeal going.

I'm now cancer free, which is so exciting, and I want to commit my time into helping others. Earlier this year I raised £5000 for my heroes at Penlee Lifeboat and donated laptops and tablets to a local school for children who were struggling in lockdown.

I'm creating a Just Giving page, because people have asked to donate money towards the appeal, and this way I can shop online on their behalf. Please follow my facebook page to see what I've got with the money donated.
