Iʼve raised £5,600 to help fund the purchase of materials to produce face shields for the protection of key workers in the battle against Covid-19.

Edit 18/4/20 We are continuing to produce masks for local NHS and front line workers while funding and material continue to be available. At present we have delivered 3500+ face shields and have secured material to arrive to produce another 1500. Please continue to donate to help us continue to produce theses while they are required.

EDIT: We have now passed the funding required to purchase material for 1000+ masks. We will attempt to make more with the excess money provided but as this page cannot be closed early, any additional donations will be forwarded to relevant charities for the cause.

At Ellesmere College, we have already produced over 100 face shields to protect staff in the front line facing Corona Virus. Over the next week we will be working to produce over 1000 more shields.
