If it’s possible, Jan’s family will be looking to donate the funds raised to cover the cost of purchasing a syringe driver for our local area in memory of Jan

The family thought it would be a lovely way to remember him as, without a syringe driver, Jan would have found it impossible to stay at home in his last few weeks, something he dearly wanted to do.

He passed away in his own bed surrounded by his family.
