Myself and Amanda will be running 24 5km runs over the period of time 25th April - 11th July. Amanda and I will be uploading photo's and video's of each of our runs, and we have sourced LABRAT Branded running tops, so we can spread the word as we run.

The dates we are running each 5km are deeply personal to me, as these dates correlate to the dates that my late Father - in - Law saw Nuclear bombs. He saw 24 detonations in 78 days, some of the bombs were bigger than the bombs dropped on Hiroshima & Nagasaki. The UK Government has refused to recognise these men and award them a medal for their service

Every September we hold an annual reunion in Pontins Sand Bay for Veterans and their families, this week is important for their social and mental well being, after the least two years of being socially distanced for others we want to make this year extra special as it is the 60th Anniversary of Operation Dominic and the 70th Anniversary of Operation Hurricane, we as LABRATS have secured funding to offer this year free of charge to our Veterans, however we still need so help to arrange transportation for those that are unable to drive or travel without some assistance.

This is were you lovely people come in, by sponsoring Amanda and Myself for running 24 5 km runs, the money raised will fund a mini bus to carry veterans and their families to Weston,
