Recently came across @adamvsneurobastoma page. I instantly followed the page to reach out to his family. Coming across his page just before my nephew Adam’s heavenly bday, got me to post a ”Do it for Adam , help Adam” ofcourse a charity cause which requires urgent help to get best treatment means raising a fubdrausing page on more platforms.

here is adam’s story:

Hi everyone, my name is Hanane and I’m doing this fundraising for my son Adam. Adam is a 3 and half years old now and he’s a twin to his brother Ayman.

In October 2021, a month after his third birthday, Adam started to have frequent episodes of fever and complained about pain in his left knee that prevented him from walking properly. After 15 days in the Hospital and endless tests, Adam was diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma with metastases in several bone spots, lymph nodes and his bone marrow.

Neuroblastoma is one of the rarest cancers occurring in children under 5 which takes an aggressive form in a short period of time and has a poor prognosis.

Adam started his frontline treatment, indeed he underwent 6 cycles of chemotherapy and surgery. He is now ongoing a transplant of his bone marrow, once discharged from the hospital, Adam has to start radiotherapy sessions right afterwards.

Once the radiotherapy done, he has to undergo 5 cycles of immunotherapy to vanish the cancer from his little body, Unfortunately, immunotherapy medicine is not available in Morocco from where we are from.

Doctors have suggested us importing the immunotherapy drug (Dinutuximab) so they can administrate it here in our local hospital.

This is the least expensive solution that us parents found to help Adam get the best chance of survival, since doing immutherapy aborad is so expensive and it exceeds 300 000 euros.

We would really like to import the drug, but the financial status of our family is already in an unstable condition due to this current treatment during the past six months.

This is why we launched this campaign as our last chance to help raise the money requested to buy the drug and give our son the best chance of survival.
