I've raised £5000 to Devon Ukrainian Association, DevonForUkraine.com is helping displaced Ukrainians directly in Ukraine as well as on their journey to Devon.

Our history starts on the 24th of February 2022…
Devon For Ukraine started as a passionate response and desire to help Ukrainian people.
Oksana Vincent from Exeter, together with the owners of the Polish Shop on South Street, Exeter, were the first to respond, quickly joined by Exeter Friends of Ukraine and Devon For Ukraine FB groups, together with hundreds of businesses and volunteers across Devon. DevonForUkraine.com is the official website for the Devon Ukrainian Association.
Through the Devon Ukrainian Association we have direct connections with Ukraine are are able to deliver quick targeted help to the Ukrainian people need.
There are many Homes For Ukraine Sponsors in Devon and across the UK. Many more Ukrainian families can get help if we have more resources to help them on their journey to safety and offer them welcome essentials on arrival. Our volunteers in Ukraine, Poland and other areas near the Ukrainian border meet the most desperate Ukrainian families in need. Those families dont have good internet, or time to post their pretty pictures on FaceBook, but they are the ones who need a roof over their heads right now. We then can get many of them over here and help with visa documents.
Why we are different:
We work directly with Ukrainian evacuation centres, hospitals and volunteers who deliver essentials into the most high risk areas and help to move people through the evacuation corridors to safety.
We keep sending trucks and vans full of the essential items direct to Ukraine
We collect monetary donations to support children hospitals in Ukraine, help with petrol for our volunteers drivers and buy some specific items that Ukrainians need the most.
We help many Ukrainian families to move to the UK through the Homes for Ukraine Sponsorship program. We have many homes here in Devon and we have many Ukrainian families in need of safety.
We are connecting UK and Ukraine through our cross border connections, experience and hard work.
We do not stop. We cannot stop until there are no more wounded children crying. We cannot stop while families are loosing their loved ones. We cannot stop while bombs are falling on Ukrainian land. We cannot stop while this war is still going.
But we need your help!
Your donations will help us to carry on with this project and help many more Ukrainian people in desperate need.
