Story
Our Grandma was unwell and taken to Hospital just after Christmas and was cared for on Hexworthy Ward. She was a very special warm loving lady who we loved very much. The staff on this ward were exceptional, their care and attention looking after our Grandma was wonderful. She has lived with us since we were 3 and was very special but sadly passed away aged 94. The staff not only cared for our Grandma but the whole family. Thank you Hexworthy Ward

We are Twins sisters who loved our Grandma very much and want to raise money to give back to the Nurses and Health Care Assistants who helped our Grandma's last few days be comfortable and peaceful, so they in turn can help more families like ours. So why not run a half marathon!
