Once again Ilona and i will be running in the Conway half marathon on Nov 17th, we have done it for the past two years. though not an easy course we know that money we collect is much needed by the hospice. We have been given a tour of the hospice and can see the excellent work that they carry out .An interesting fact is that i am nearly 81 years old so feel very lucky to still enjoy good health and be able to do it
