My name is Denise, and I'm on a heartfelt mission to establish a facility for "Lift & Empower CIC." This facility will help individuals get active, receive education, and gain fundamental knowledge to kickstart their journey towards a healthier life. It will serve as a sanctuary for individuals seeking assistance to regain command of their life's direction while building resilience against the daily challenges and stressors they encounter. Lift & Empower will be accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.

I have a passion for self-development, strength, and fitness, which has fueled my last decade. I have been a personal trainer for seven fulfilling years, evolving into a mindset and holistic coach. Everyone deserves guidance and support to lead a better life, both mentally and physically.

I am reaching out to the community for support in turning this dream into a reality.
