Each year, Dementia Friendly Wrexham put on a fundraising walk to raise awareness and to help support those who are living with dementia.

The need for social activities for older adults has become increasingly important and we know that they provide numerous benefits for people who are living with dementia.

Dementia Friendly Wrexham support a number of active groups in the local area which allow those living with dementia to join in and engage with other members of the local community such as Inclusive Arts, Singing for the Brain and Memories.

We can also provide small grants to new and established groups.
