Story
Our fundraising commences with a handful of runners in the Rye Ancient Trials race on September 8th which takes a route through the playing fields and past the Pavilion. Please support our runners with a donation using the function button GIVE NOW on this page and please SHARE with others who might donate.
The Pavilion stands on an acre of playing fields, backed by woods, in a beautiful spot behind our village Church
The land was gifted to the village in the 1930's and the people of Iden got together across the following years and built the Pavilion so that sports could be played on the fields. The Pavilion needs a makeover in order to attract more use and provide a great venue in the village for future generations. . Thank you

3 months agoDear wonderful supporters The race is over and I'm thrilled to report Harrison was 8th of the 247 people running 15k , Henry (Ray and Gills grandson) was 21st and our friend from Hastings was 45th The marshalls and water station helpers get a big shout out too as well as our cheerleaders on the balcony by the hall With a few cash donations the total raised is £1035 which is AMAZING. Thank you all.
