Story
This is a place which is very close to my heart
I have been a student at Darul Hadis Latifiah for 8 years, coming to this school I have successfully completed my GCSE's with the help of this school and I am currently studying for my BA in Islamic Law & Theology.
Unfortunately the school are now struggling and are in debt, so i have decided to setup this JustGiving page to help out my school. I therefore, humbly request your kind help and support to nurture and run this Madrasah smoothly.
As you are aware that Islam gives the highest importance to the acquisition of knowledge. In fact, the first revelation that Allah (set) has revealed to his Prophet (ﷺ) for the guidance of mankind pertains to reading. Prophet (ﷺ) also reported ‘’Seeking of knowledge is compulsory upon every Muslim’’ [Tirmidhi].
We should, therefore, spend time, efforts, money and other resources to make sure that the knowledge of Islam is being sought.
Donating to such a place will count as sadaqah jaariyah (ongoing charity)
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
When a person dies, their acts come to an end except for three,
1) Recurring charity,
2) Knowledge,
3) A pious son, who prays for them.”
[Muslim]
One of the companions of the prophet said, “The Prophet (ﷺ) was the most generous person in doing good (deeds), and he was more generous than ever during Ramadan when he would meet with Jibreel”
Therefore it is prescribed for the Muslim is to give a great deal of sadaqah throughout the month of Ramadan because giving sadaqah during the month of Ramadan is better than giving charity at other times.
The scholars stated that righteous deeds are better when done at times of virtue, and undoubtedly the month of Ramadan. The Muslim should make the most of this opportunity and give sadaqah seeking Allah’s pleasure and reward.
Please share this link with family and friends. May Allah reward you abundantly for your generous support.
ANY DONATIONS MADE WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE INSITUTION
