Story

I am putting this out there to all family and friends . I will be doing 5K , Monday - Friday equalling 25K a week for the whole of May !

I am putting myself forward for this challenge on behalf of my nan ( Kath ) who is unfortinatley suffering with Alzhemizers disease . Nan is currently in Maddison Court car home and any money raised will be given to Madison Court .

I will be recording my daily run, cycle or walk on my watch and will post it on my mums facebook page
