I'm raising £500 to support knus. Help me smash my target!

I'm running 10K at the Oxford Town and Gown for knus – a fantastic, free mental health peer support and coaching service that has helped me immeasurably over the past year.
Every donation, big or small, will help knus expand its services and reach more people in need.
I've been training hard since January, and it hasn’t been a walk in the park! But knowing I'm raising funds for such an important cause will keep me going on race day on May 11th.
Please give what you can to support this amazing initiative. (knus is a not-for-profit CIC, so donations aren’t eligible for Gift Aid.)
We’re thrilled that Dan wants to support our cause and that we’ve helped him on his recovery journey. Our vision is to change the way we seek mental health support, for the better, forever. Your support is much appreciated and we wish the very best to Dan on his 10k run.
knus is the UK’s first free, confidential, mental health peer support and coaching chat service, connecting you with trained and experienced peer support coaches. We understand how you feel, because all of our team have a lived experience. Our aim is to always be ‘by your side’ when you need mental health peer support.
knus is non-for-profit, run solely by trained volunteers, fully insured and is regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies and the Fundraising Regulator.
