Story

On October 8th 2017, Dani had an accident that changed her life. While playing rugby for Redingensian Sirens, she fractured and dislocated her spine (T11 and T12), causing spinal cord damage and paralysis from the waist down. Following surgery at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford, Dani is currently being treated and looked after there, and awaits transfer to Stoke Mandeville hospital where the staff can help Dani along her long road to recovery.

Of course, such an event has had a huge effect on Dani's life, as well as the lives of her two young children, her family and friends.

Although the emotions have naturally been here there and everywhere, Dani will take a breath during hard times and remains positive, very determined and strong.

She really is our hero and is an inspiration to all.

At the moment, no one knows what the next step will be for Dani, and so we are fundraising to help assist with her future.

Please donate what you can, share her story, participate and help reach our goal together. She is always there for everyone. Now it is time everyone is there for her.

Every donation will go towards helping her recover and live a fulfilling life.

Thank you.
