I've raised £5000 to create memories

We are a family of nine and on the 1st of August 2019, we got the devasting news that Ruby, our 11 year old daughter/sister/auntie had been diagnosed with Spitzoid Melanoma. This is a rare form of childhood cancer which is basically unheard of due to how rare the cancer is. We as of right now do not know the treatment Ruby will undergo. Nor do we know the path we will go down as a family.
As of now our mum has taken time off work due to her long hours and working long distances away. Our father is also cutting down hours so we can spend time together as a family unit and keep one another strong to help Ruby through these next few months.
We are not rich, we dont own a house, we privately rent, so we dont have the spare money to do the things that enables people to tick off their “bucket list”
As a large family we want to try and spend as much time together as we possibly can and even more so now, so this page isn‘t about asking for an obscene amount of money that in this day and age everybody struggles with. But it is about just making memories for our strong, compassionate and doting Ruby.
thank you for reading this
Ruby will be having surgery next week to remove more from her arm as well as Sentinel nodes
and then we wait to find out what we have to do next.......
