Story
We are taking part in the Richards Castle Soap Box races on the 26th of June 2022, with a soap box that is built completely out of scrap metal and unwanted items donated to us.
Our mission: to spend £0 on the soap box using parts and materials donated to us and donating what we would‘ve spent to the charities involved with the soap box race.

So far we have have used, a roof rack for the chassis, a commercial shelving unit for the roll bars and the front end off a moped for the suspension.

3 years agoWe have reached our goal and to celebrate this and get even more funds raised for our cause, the soap box will be auctioned off at the end of the event with all proceeds going into the donation pot. We have maintained our zero expense on the build so far, every part has been donated or found in someone’s scrap bin. A full list of supporters will be brought to the event.
