We are the original troupe of Lord of the Dance and we need your help!
It's been decades since we danced together, but lockdown has changed that! Check out our video in the update below....
In honour of our loved ones affected by Covid-19, Dementia and Alzheimer’s, and their amazing carers, please join with us to raise money for Dementia and Alzheimer’s charities in our home countries of Ireland, the UK and the USA, by making any donation you can….
… because when lock down lifts, most people will get back to normal life. But for carers of people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s….
… lock down is normal life.
Carers are often confined to the house as they cannot leave their loved one alone, and often become increasingly isolated from family, friends and society. This can be their life, not just for months but for many years.
All funds raised will be split equally between our 3 nominated charities:
The Alzheimer Society of Ireland - www.alzheimer.ie
Dementia UK - www.dementiauk.org
The Alzheimer's Association of America – www.alz.org
Reunite, remember, dance, sing, laugh, cry and donate….. for hope.

5 years agoThanks everyone for your amazing support. We're close to hitting the target and the funds will go a long way. For example, in the UK, the funds can help Dementia specialist Admiral Nurses to operate the emergency helpline for carer's struggling to cope with the isolation and pressure of caring for a loved one 24/7. If that doesn't make you want to do a jig, nothing will! The OG Troupe XX
