Daniel Smith was 31 years old and a devoted father of 5 children, Tommy 12, Mason 9, josh 7, Olly 4 and Bella 3, and a loving husband to his wife Sam,

Dan has worked for the Co-op for 10 years working in 4 stores leaving his lasting impression on all whom he worked with. Dan was a kind, caring, honest man, who loved his job and gave a 110% everyday and whom was loved by all he worked with.

In Early Feb this year Dan was diagnosed with Throat Cancer, Dan battled hard through this sickness but on April 2nd Dan sadly passed away Leaving a heartbroken family, friends and colleagues, Dan will be forever in our hearts and minds.

The purpose of this crowdfunding page is to assist the family in this most difficult time and a central point for fundraising to go directly to the family.
