The drop ins at Daglingworth are gentle, open and supportive. Playgroup environment for mums and their little ones. A safe, non judgmental space to chat and be amongst other mums who may be experiencing low mood, mental health difficulties or experiencing perinatal mental illness including PND, Anxiety and OCD. Peer support and run by mums who understand. A qualified creche worker is also available during the weekly sessions. Sessions run alternative days, once a week.
