It is with great excitement that we look to gather 350 schoolchildren from Santa Maria, Espargos and Palmeira at the MELIÃ Dunas Beach Resort & Spa amphitheatre to receive a gift each from Santa Claus himself at this year's Cape Verde Foundation Christmas Party. Help us raise £3000 to cover a gift donation of €10 per child and a small present to open on the day.

The party is scheduled for 15th December 2017 and we urgently need donations to be able to make the children's day as special as we can.

See below a taste of what we hope to recreate this year as our annual event goes from strength to strength. You can read about last year's event here .

Examples of our work include supporting new school buildings & equipment, with a particular focus on kitchen equipment, food and fresh produce for local schools. This ensures all school children can rely upon a good meal whilst attending school, encouraging higher attendances levels as well as improving their quality of education. Our other work also includes, medical support for both young and old, additional investment in education and training facilities as well as general support for local community and welfare projects.
