So 3 weeks ago our best friends received the devastating news no parents or family want to hear, there little girl Florence was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition that so far has no cure, GM1. Its a regressive condition which means Florence will lose all her skills she now has resulting in losing her ability to walk, talk and swallow. The condition is life limiting, as you can imagine the family has been turned upside down, they have been given a little glimmer of hope though which is a trial hoping to take place next year in America through the GM1 foundation.
So we want to raise £5000 to ensure that Florence and her family can travel to the USA and hopefully take part in this trial next year.
