A Question of Sport: Cricket (Hosted by Cricket Wales)

Such unprecedented times like these require us all to stick together and have fun and Cricket Wales want to help!

This is the quiz that’s guaranteed to find the biggest cricketing badgers across the cricket community in Wales, and maybe even further! It's an evening of getting more competitive than Atherton and Donald!

Whilst we hope to have as much uptake across the cricketing network as possible, we do not have an idea just how popular this will be! Consequently we simply cannot crown a winner and provide a prize with potentially so many entries, so here is our suggestion...

We have a great evening of entertainment answering questions about Cricket (current and historical!), ensuring that we stay indoors to look after one another and help our NHS. However, with this growing platform, we have an opportunity to make a small difference to people's lives. Therefore, as entry to this quiz, we ask that you donate £2 (£2 is the minimum donation amount on JustGiving) and all proceeds will be donated to the Opening Up mental health cricket charity.

TRUST YOUR CRICKET KNOWLEDGE AND PUT YOURSELVES TO THE TEST – PLEASE DON'T GOOGLE, YOU'LL JUST SPOIL YOUR FUN!

Get your pen & paper ready, and at 7pm on Thursday night (9th April), Head of Talent Pathway Matt Thompson will go live on our YouTube channel. There will be 60 questions, in 6 rounds of 10, giving the answers out after each round. The whole thing should take approx. 1.5 hours.

As we are unable to decide a winner, or hand out a prize, we suggest you do this amongst your friendship or family circles. Grab yourselves a drink, snacks and get everyone together on Facetime, Whatsapp video call, or any other platform and have a mini competition between yourselves.

Just because we can't make it competitive due to numbers, doesn't mean you can't have a competition – but will you take it as seriously as Archer & Smith?!
