'Change the world by being yourself' - Yoko Ono

Having not ridden a bicycle for over 15 years, I've decided to get back in the saddle. In October 2022, I'll be riding my first century (a 100 mile ride) to raise money for the Intergenerational Connections Project.

The Intergenerational Connections Project brings together younger & older generations to show that we all have something to give, that we can all make a difference - that age is just a number.

The project currently works with care homes and primary schools (and/or early years providers) to create meaningful connections, to support wellbeing & to reduce feelings of loneliness & isolation.

Money raised will help to fund more intergenerational connections, to bring more joy & laughter, to enable more learning about & from each other, to make a difference to the lives of one another.

The Intergenerational Connections Project is part of Creating Caring Connections CIC, a community interest company which promotes wellbeing through connection.
