I’ve have been thinking of something the team can all get involved in, that keeps them fit, keeps them working as a team and at same time raises some money for charity to support nurses or carers at this difficult time. My idea is

CRAZIES GO ON TOUR

The idea is when they do any exercise, you work out how far they have gone roughly , it can be a bike ride, a walk, a run in the garden or out and about, it can be on a exercise bike or running machine anything really.

You then send me the distance and I will add them all together, we see how far they can get from the club by end of April, I will post every night how far they have got!

Then we ask friends and family to sponsor them to take part👍

The Club to Paris is 400 miles as an example.

Any donation would be much appreciated for a worthy cause.
