Please support me on my challenge as I cycle, trek, canoe, and raft across Costa Rica from 30th November to 10th December 2017.

I will be cycling 200km, trekking 40km, and raft/kayak 20km on my journey, as I push myself to raise as much money possible for the Lewis Moody Charity, British Heart Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Support.
