As Co-Chair of our local volunteer group, Coppetts Wood Conservationists, I’m appealing for your help to preserve the amazing biodiversity of this wonderful nature reserve and to keep it accessible for the public to enjoy.

We are a volunteer group looking after and maintaining this precious green space for the local community and visitors. We rely entirely on public donations for all the tools, equipment, fuel, seeds, and plants, etc. that we need to buy to maintain Coppetts Wood. We hope to raise in total £400, which we need to improve ponds, monitor bats, maintain the paths, steps and meadows and eradicate a huge invasion of Japanese knotweed.

Please chip in and help us maintain Coppetts Wood as a vital sanctuary for wildlife and people alike – and to keep it out of the hands of developers.
