Key workers, their families and those most vulnerable in our local communities need help. I have been encouraged by work colleagues to participate in our Hutton online Yoga class, something I have joked about and anticipate I will find uncomfortable and embarrassing (and painful later). They assure me that yoga is for everyone and is beneficial to all, including me - especially in times like these. The plan is that the Hutton Yoga group chooses a lesson I have to do and I take part as best as I can. I will provide photo/video/webex recording of me doing the session to prove I have thrown myself into the challenge. I will report back on the experience and share my efforts with over 500 staff to say thank you to them for exceptional cooperation and fantastic efforts they have been making in helping local communities and neighbours during the COVID19 lock down.
