Story

The Michael Bruce Cottage is a unique 300-year-old building which is in need of essential repairs.

£5000 has already been raised by the Michael Bruce Cottage Trust. I would like to try and match fund this.

To raise money I will climb Mount Everest in Kinnesswood. Over 20 days, starting March 20th (the first day of spring), I will challenge myself to race up Bishop's hill, taking seconds off my time at each attempt.

The cottage is an important educational resource for the pupils of Portmoak Primary School and a vital part of our conservation village. Please help me save it.

If you want to find out about my progress or have any questions contact me at: climbingforkinnesswood@yahoo.com

Suggested donation is £20, which is one pound per climb, but any donation is greatly appreciated.
