Clement Rabbit Rescue is a non profit organisation, dedicating my life rescuing and rehabilitating the UK’s most neglected pet. All rabbits that come to me are fully vaccinated, neutered and receive any other additional vet treatment before being re homed all of which is completely self funded. Rabbits are the most neglected pet in the UK, yet the third most popular with thousands being abandoned every year. i am so passionate when it comes to rabbits, their welfare and trying to educate the public on the correct care as exotic animals. Your support allows me to continue the work we do and help out as many rabbits as possible. As you can imagine it is extremely costly with a full set of vaccinations and neutering sets me back £150 PER RABBIT and that’s not factoring any other complications, food, enrichment and housing. That can double and even triple with serious neglect cases and poorly rabbits who come to me. Some rabbits treatments alone can cost thousands due to their neglectful backgrounds.

Since setting up in 2019 I have taken in and rehabilitated around 200 rabbits. The rescue is solely run by myself and as a non profit organisation, donations are crucial in order for the rescue work to continue. Pet rabbits are being dumped in record numbers and without the funding, it is just not possible to save them.

I am a member of the RWAF (Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund), fully vet checked and also an Ethical Rabbit Rescue meaning I abide by all the guidelines they set when it comes to housing, company and diet).

If you could spare even just a couple of pounds it would mean the world to me. The price of a take away coffee is £2-£3 in which you wouldn’t bay an eyelid but those couple of pounds add up and can make the difference between the rescue having to close or being able to continue to work and being able to save more bunnies in need.
