I have been transitioning since 2012, coming up agaisnt many hurdles along the way, however there is one problem I cannot get over and that is the lack of confidence and self esteem my voice gives me. No matter how much you physically change, voice is the one thing that sticks once broken. I have tried speech therapy to some affect and i feel Modified Wendler Glottoplasty (vocal chord surgery) would complete the last piece of the puzzle I need to live a happy life.
